Texas Floods 2025: How to Get Help, Rebuild, and Plan Your Next Move

When record-breaking rainfall hit Central Texas in early July 2025, the impact was immediate and devastating. The Guadalupe River surged over 29 feet, sweeping away vehicles, homes, and entire summer camps. Dozens of lives were lost. Hundreds of families are displaced. And entire communities are left navigating chaos and uncertainty.

At City Shift Finance, we want to help.

What Happened

The July 2025 Texas floods are among the most destructive in recent memory. Over 50 people have died, including 15 children. At least 27 girls remain missing from Camp Mystic. Search-and-rescue efforts have saved more than 850 people, but the financial and emotional recovery will take much longer.
