By engaging with City Shift Finance, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to represent your organization.

• All information provided is accurate and complete.

• You will use City Shift Finance’s materials and insights exclusively within your organization and will not redistribute them without prior written consent.

3. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in your partnership agreement or proposal. All payments are processed securely through approved platforms. City Shift Finance does not store or have access to your full credit card details.

Custom invoicing, retainers, and recurring billing schedules may apply depending on the scope and duration of engagement.

4. Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable. Because engagements are customized and often ongoing, refunds are not provided. If an issue arises with deliverables or data, City Shift Finance will review and make reasonable corrections to maintain service quality.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, frameworks, and materials developed by City Shift Finance remain the exclusive property of the company. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials internally during the course of the partnership.

Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any proprietary model or methodology without written consent is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

City Shift Finance upholds strict confidentiality regarding all client information, financial data, and strategic materials shared during the engagement. Clients likewise agree to protect the confidentiality of City Shift Finance’s proprietary tools, insights, and documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

City Shift Finance is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients retain responsibility for business decisions informed by our partnership.

8.Modifications

City Shift Finance reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued engagement after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
